I do NOT think Sydney should have gotten a rose for "opening up and being honest" with Peter. Her personality is dry, and she isn't secure enough in herself to get attention from Peter in any way besides bringing down someone else. The way she asked Alayah about her work was passive aggressive and insulting. She is the worst and Peter is a total sucker. He complains that Alayah is "disingenuous," but I get the same exact vibe from him. He tells EVERY girl that he is "so" into them, even when you can tell he is not. He has no backbone and I am tired of soft bachelor's like Peter and Colton.

Alayah, definitely not my favorite, BUT I think it’s BS how the other girls called her out. 1) We know that most girls there are in it for love AND a fit tea sponsorship. It’s fully accepted at this point. 2) Don’t we ALL put up barriers and act our best in a new relationship? I for one things it’s odd how personal people get so quickly on this show. I’ve had 2nd dates where people spew off really deep stories and it’s just... inappropriate? Don’t hate the player hate the game ladies! Megan Warhurst the show format itself is odd, so you have to be vulnerable or show some signs of vulnerability as it goes on because the timeline is fast. it’s not so much of putting on barriers because you do try to show the best version of yourself early on in a relationship, it’s more of house dynamics vs dynamic around peter is off putting. all the girls are open to opportunities post show so i don’t think that’s a problem, but it is concerning that people notice alayah acts different and as alayah said to sydney, she can put on faces when she needs to or answer a question without really answering, so i think that’s what got her authenticity into question. outside the show and with a normal dating timeline, these girls would not share deep things about themselves. just the bachelor makes everything sped up and heightened.

Muniira Yassin totally hear ya girl! I’ve been watching since nearer to the beginning of the series (2003/2004 ish) and I’ve just noticed the “reality” of the show has gotten more warped and less authentic as seasons have passed (still love it don’t get me wrong). I think what got me about the situation is that I’m a big “he who is without sin shall cast the first stone” kinda girl, and I don’t think there’s a single contestant in past years who doesn’t act different on vs. off camera. Also, I didn’t love how the girls were framing it like they were doing “for Peter” when it’s obvious self preservation. But 100% agree Alayah is very much... let’s say “out there” for lack of a better term and could definitely rub alcohol fueled, very bored 20 something ladies the wrong way! Lol

okay so i heard the craziest conspiracy about how the show ends. someone said that one of the girls gets pregnant at the end of the show which sounds crazy at first but when you think about it all the clues are there. peter is very open about his sex life with a lot of the girls and it would make sense as to why everyone is freaking out at the rose ceremony. chris harrison also says that it’s nothing we’ve ever seen before. and the biggest clue for me was the clip of peters mom crying and telling him not to let her go. which makes sense because family is so important to them and i feel like she wouldn’t be that emotional over just a girl. this one is major tin foil hat but i thought it was pretty interesting

Ok.
