It’s hard to believe how genuine his apology is. You can tell from Kaitlyn and Tayshia’s reaction especially in 2:10 that they to had enough of his responses. Michelle is one of my favorite bachelorettes. I love how she speaks with understanding and gracefully address the problem without emphasizing fault/blame from the men.
