@Squall5983 жыл бұрын
@@zdelany6963 I don't think it matters if they agree with his opinion on it or not. At the end of the day this is an adult in a position above others that told them to strip down on live television, that action alone is problematic. It doesn't matter if the guys involved didn't care or did so consensually, the very act alone is wrong. If a guy did this to a group of women on live television I'd HOPE someone called that fucker out. The only petty thing Yosef did in the end was insult her on the way out, but even then I don't really blame him for getting pissed off. He was attempting to have a civil conversation with her about it and her response was "this is why you weren't on the date." She couldn't even understand that what she did was wrong and it was very clear to him then and there that she was just wasting his time with the WHOLE bachelorette. So he sets the scenario straight in a blunt manner, again nothing wrong with this but it was definitely going to hurt someone of Clare's level of maturity. This obviously hurt Clare's feelings so she lashed out angrily and said some nasty stuff. Clare then walks away, this angers Yosef but he clearly keeps himself in check until she walks away to the other guys so he lashes out in anger... Now if we look at where things went wrong we can obviously point to the fact that Clare gives no fucks about Yosef, his opinion or even considers that he might be right. When we look at the situation nearly everyone is going to stand by Yosef because he was in the right for the majority of the situation. The petty comment he threw out is understandable as ANYONE in his situation would be pissed off. Also he was very much in control for most of the situation which is very telling for his behaviour. You can actually see how angry he gets when he realises he's been made a fool of by this women simply by coming onto the tv show, he still calmy albeit bluntly explains why what she did is wrong.

I loved Yosef for this!! He told her hard, cold facts about her behavior. The other guys are talking about it being a date, that's not a date!! The group dates are about getting to know the guys and spending time with them to see who you'd like to continue on with. Clare had absolutely no respect for these men of their feelings. She put them in a degrading game, that she wasn't even part of, for her own amusement. You could tell when she told them about the game, a lot of them weren't comfortable but just went along with it because they wanted her attention. When Yosef talked to Clare about how he felt she kept interrupting and trying to make it about her point of view and excuse how she was acting. Bringing up her dying relative was inappropriate and she was just using that as a tool to try to win an argument that wasn't even happening!!! She was trying to hurt him by saying "that's why you weren't on the group date" but he really didn't care at that point. Clare saying she wouldn't want him to be the father of her children was stupid seeing as, even if she didn't, he already has a daughter that he puts as his main priority. Yosef saying "remember you're 40" was a way of giving her a reality check and saying that you're too old to be acting like this. Clare knew which man she wanted from the first episode so she chose to waste their time and give them false hope of a relationship with her. That fact makes the degrading game even worse. AND THEY"RE STILL DEFENDING HER!!! If I had a daughter and she acted like this I would hope someone would call her out too. They were speechless about that, like they thought that comment would silence Yosef.

@@lorievans3718 no that’s not it, there was no verbal abuse and if so she initiated it. You know how hard it is for a man to gain custody of his child when people file for divorce the court always favors the mother. I'm not going to defend Yosef AT ALL, but Chris Harrison acting like he and the production team are on some moral high ground here is ridiculous. There is NO WAY that production would ask the women on The Bachelor to do this (or the cage match). It would get the show shut down. Somehow, asking men to take off their clothing for Clare's entertainment is okay? Despite what they said, the men were NOT okay with this. While they were willing participants, this wasn't a mutually agreed upon activity, and some of the men did NOT look happy to be there. They definitely felt some pressure to participate (or risk not getting time with Clare and possibly being sent home). If a man had asked Clare to do this, would she?
@lilyzemengist80913 жыл бұрын
@TeamPaul17 I agree this type of double standard is actually just counterproductive and quite frankly disgusting. At the same note, the way in which that arrogant male conducted himself with Clare and in this clip is deplorable. Calling out someone for their behavior and attacking their character are two completely different things. This guy was throwing low blows at Clare's character for an incident he wasn't even invited to. A healthy way to express his 'opinion' would have been to say "hey, what you allowed to happen with the strip dodgeball activity to me felt unnecessary and humiliating which has changed my perspective of you. I need to leave this show now but good luck on finding what you're looking for, really." Clear, honest, concise, and start to the point without any of that disrespectful rhetoric.

He has my respect. Anyone who is a parent understands why he has that stance. Or anyone with any honor.

@@lavonnealexander6936 what you'd do if a man asks u to get naked on a reality show ? Would get naked , i think u should, cause its just a stupid reality show!!! And what if the situation was a reversal where a man asks the competing women to get naked , is it okay with you ? You seem be the one with a problem of double standards girl .

This guy slays it. Imagine if a Bachelor acted like Claire did. The rest of these guys are just jumping on the gynocentrism train. **** them.

Wow. I am so attracted to him. WHAT A MAN. Good for him for standing his ground. I’m a woman in the dating scene and I appreciate men who stay true to their morals and stand up for themselves.
