Very nice review and it looks and sounds very good. I must admit I do have a soft spot for NSE having travelled to work on it for its existence. Cheers Kev

Nice review! The NSE livery suits the 159 so well, bet a small part of you must be tempted to go 90s on the layout! 😉

Gret review, Thomas. I like the livery on both, and I feel like I got a nice course on how to tell the difference between the two as an outsider to UK rail. As far as the warning label, it is hard to see clearly, but it looks like either the "don't throw litter from the train" but it seems to be on windows which don't open, so maybe not.

Anthony Dodge The Model Train Outsider thanks Anthony and yeah the windows look like they could open but in the real world they don’t!

The new 158 has a motor in each car. Can someone tell me if the Bachmann Class 159 has 3 motors ie 1 per car or only 2.
