Bachmann's New Class 158 in Central Trains Livery | Showcase & Running

Excellent video here Peter, an overall excellent addition in the Central Trains 158 from bachmann, I bought the new Northern one just before Christmas last year as a sort of present for myself but overall have to say it’s a fantastic model from bachmann, I know you your not into DCC or sound but I will say that I recently managed to get the stock bachmann sound chip for it, it was the first model of mine to get sound and have to day it really brings the unit to life, plus gives me control of the interior lighting and the door lights on the side of the unit, overall these models from bachmann are fantastic, just one thing though that moulding mark on the cab I don’t think it’s one of those at all, looking at my model the mark is there because the units actually have a slight angle inwards before coming to the flat front that they have, if you look at the model from above you can actually see how the ends of the unit are at angle before the ends, great addition of the 58 in EWS, I have the EFE one myself in coal sector, keep up the great work Peter, great to see some models and the layout back on the channel again.

I have an older Bachmann 158 unfortunately if the new one has the plastic prop shaft I would go there I have had so much trouble with it popping out and the mother running of like mad . Nice look poor dive

Not had issues with the prop shaft on my other 158 or this one
