Agree with the 2-person discussion format. Not a typical and not over-the-top way of presenting a review.

Actually the Xpander is almost 200,000 pesos more expensive. The XL7 is way more affordable. The only advantage the Xpander has is the design. However, when it comes to riding comfort, steering, suspension and FUEL ECONOMY, the XL7 wins it hands down. Not to mention the huge gap in price.

Having a hard time choosing between this or geely coolray :(
@cmagazineph3 жыл бұрын
Both are great options! It will boil down what you need more :)
@3dr14ng43 жыл бұрын
This is better. Engine-wise, only Toyota Rush and Suzuki are using timing-chain. Coolrays uses belt for timing but chain for me is much preferred. They also hide the engine's drive belt and pulleys as much as they can in their website. If you like the coolray, ask them where the water-pump is, the best location would be externally driven by the drive belts that also drives the AC compressor, and alternator. If it isn't there then the water pump is driven by timing belt which is very hard to replace. If you really like the Coolray, you can search more about it, it's called "Geely Binyue" there.

@@3dr14ng4 Hi! Do you think this is better compared to the 2021 innova? Planning to use this as a daily driver in metro manila and occasional long drive to Nueva Vizcaya. Thanks for the response.

Just a question also, in your opinion should I go for the XL-7 or Innova just add a bit more? Thanks!
@cmagazineph3 жыл бұрын
If you are looking for more pulling power, I would suggest the Toyota Innova. But if you don't need that much torque, the Suzuki XL-7 takes it :) - Nics

for me the only con is the high ground clearance that translates to higher center of gravity which is a con during long drives especially to Baguio

@@cmagazineph Hi we decided to get the Ertiga GLX upgraded variant but sad to say , the agents at the local Suzuki said that it is being phased out at the moment. Is that true? If so, then we would have to get the XL7 since I don't like the direct competitors of the XL7.

I really hope that manufacturers will bring disc brakes for all wheels as standard for cars sold for more than 1M Php especially for MPV and pickups.

Hello sir paolo despite a 1.5 Engine can i use Shell V Power Racing? Which is 97 Octane Rating? Im currently using 95 Octane. Will it harm the engine? Will it added power when using 97 octane compare to 95? Thanks a lot 😊
@cmagazineph3 жыл бұрын
You can use 97 Octane fuel, but you wont really feel any benefit or power increase. So it is best to stick to the 95 Octane :), which is more than enough
