When the batters from Marucci 12 U. Swing level, or down. Shoulder to hips. Good things happen. This “Launch angle “ not only limits the area where you make contact. But it also reduces the time to make contact. Unless you can swing really fast (No one I seen is capable, yet). Do the basic fundamental swing that’s been the morn since baseballs inception. If you can look at old footage of George Herman (BABE) Ruth. The bambino always swang level or down on the ball. He just wanted to DRIVE the balm as hard as he could. Didn’t care about launch angle, exit velocity or distance. Make great contact. And good things will always happen. Oh the the Saltan of Swat swang a 52 ounce bat. That’s why he jacked it out so much. He was so far ahead of all the other hitters in both leagues. When he hit 60 home runs on a 142 game season. The second place home run hitter had 5. That’s right 5 jacks. So get away from What’s going to limit your ability as a hitter. You always want to make contact and put th ball in play. And act like you done it before. Oh, stop giving up unearned runs. It seems like every time this team comes out on the losing end. I’d because you “BEAT YOURSELVES “. And the shortstop. Way to your position. BUT, don’t let the ball play you. Move to the side and get I front of the ball. Or if it’s hit hard on the ground. Charge it. By doing this. You reduce the amount of bounces the ball makes. Good arm and all the infielders. Make accurate throws. You’re making your first basemen work way too hard. Keep on playing this game. Respect this game. I’m turning 65 on may. And I still play at a high level. Outfield, third and first. Pitcher. And if I absolutely have to . I’ll put on the “Tools of Ignorance “ and catch. I love this game. And one more thing. How you practice is reflected when you play between the fair lines. Question: What are the last two words to our National Anthem when it’s played before a baseball game. Think about it. Give up? It’s “PLAY BALL”!!!!!
