I loved watching PTL . Tammy was PTL , She was so liked by everybody . And her energy was incredible .Such a strong woman Tammy , you didn't deserve what Jim did to you . You left us way to soon . Sorry but without you I have no interest in the new PTL . Best wishes to you Mr. Bakker and Lori.

Tammy Faye built that ministry just as much as Jim with her singing and her personality that was caring to others on these programs back then. Let's not forget the great woman she was. I know he has a new wife here and that's great but was there no moment taken to honor the heart and soul of Tammy Faye? When she sang a song she ministered straight to our hearts! It was like gold. 😇 ♥️🎶💒

She didn't minister to me I saw straight through her. I watched Tammy for entertainment only.

I was a supporter and member of Jim & Tammy's ministry....I loved Hertiage USA...such blessings I received from Jesus....Thank you Jrsus you are our restorer....

He did come back to Heritage USA, but it is not what is now INSP. INSP moved to a different location. The Broadcast Group owns and has restored the Barn and Studios. They graciously allowed Jim to come back for a couple tapings.

Those red curtains must be cutting off other seats behind it. If you watch older PTL shows, you'll notice how large the audience stands really are. What is it, 1,500 seats or so?

Back in 1988 If I could have I would have given Heritage back to Jim and Tammy. What Jerry Falwell did was wrong! Jerry Falwell played God!!
@fairfaxcat13123 жыл бұрын
I think Jerry Falwell was very popular there at the PTL Club and with all the viewers. He also helped them get their financial house in order, particularly by helping the Bakkers with their spending.

I think Jim and Tammy, when together, were shafted again and again over the years being exploited and cast aside due to others greed. I'd highly recommend watching The Eyes of Tammy Faye to get an idea of how things really played out.

Those awful People Jan and Paul Crouch, Pat Robertson, Left Jim and Tammy thrust into a World vulnerable and having to build their Own ministry, They were Humble People, who would have been completely content otherwise

This was the most profound message of restoration I have ever seen. I'm full of joy to see Jim back on what he was robbed of. People can have there dejected one sided opinions. Jim Bakker is a saint.

I think Tammy Faye had more bang and gusto. Lori seems very sweet and kind, but seems more retiring than Tammy Faye was. If I had my guess, I would bet that Lori would prefer to be off in the background somewhere.

Thank you for telling me. I don't believe he was guilty of everything he was accused of. He was unfaithful to his wife by having a brief relationship with another woman but on the money part he was prosperity preacher but because he and PTL's income was in the millions I think or maybe more that gave room for someone to set him up. But I believe that Jim has allowed God to help him in that situation. I believe he is stronger than ever.
@nashvilletennessee31945 жыл бұрын
dudley short Jim was found guilty of diverting over four million dollars of ministry funds into his personal bank account! I was a huge fan of PTL and Heritage USA, and I thought the theme park was a wonderful idea! But, unfortunately, Jim Bakker fell victim to the trappings of worldly things especially when he surrounded himself around John Wesley Fletcher and David Taggert!

This is a prime example of Cindy Jacobs manipulating scripture as though God condones people that have wicked hearts that use and abuse the sheep and are self promoted and appointed. The Father says that we are to do His will. These people are not doing God's Will and it is very blatantly obvious that they are twisting scripture in order to create sympathy in people's heart to believe that they are to condone such evil wicked perversion which God rejects.

U without sin cast the first stone. David slept with bathsheba. He repented and god called him a man after my own heart. Jim gas repented his heart genuinely loves god. It's a learning for all if us. I keep my eye on jesus not his people god will judge all of us if there for him god will raise them up. Let's stop shotting our own.

Did Jim really come back to Heritage USA? Is Heritage USA what is now INSP? I didn't think he could ever come back. Is he on there regular now?
