When fatigue carries over it makes everything harder. That's how I felt for deadlifts this week. It happens, but we still get it done anyway. Eating enough food is definitely something I do not have a problem with 😂 I just have to clean up the diet a bit.

@LastChanceKnives I'm normally pretty decent and catch my 2nd and 3rd wind.. but I think lack of good sleep, food, and not able to shut my brain down kind of caught up with me. I'll bounce back. A clean diet can be tricky sometimes.
