Back home from Ireland, farm is cranking thanks to Isaac and Joel! Always nice to get home and see how the livestock are doing. Wish we could have brought some rain back from Ireland to Missouri!

Glad Jan and you returned safely. If the Cattle were given a big scratching brush they would prefer to use it rather than rubbing against other things and damaging them. People protect their household furniture from damage by giving their Cats a scratching post. People protect valuables like shoes by giving their Dogs chew toys. Cattle enjoy a giant brush to rub up against.

They have numerous rough barked trees that they rub on.

That airport situation was awful hardship, I’m sorry yourself and Jan had to endure it .

The best part is we made it home safely, just a little later than planned.

Thanks for the video! I forgot to put a wire around my trailer, and the lambs were having fun chewing on the wire. I had to cut and attach the 2 together and tape it. I need to run a water line back of my property. I was almost thinking putting it in the middle of my property and put a single hot wire right above it.

Is Ike still there? I’m interested in 2 steers for the spring. GOOD help is a real blessing. I have a high school grad helping me and he’s like Issac. It makes life so much easier.

I'm amazed that so many bulls are grazing right in the middle of that gravel road and directly adjacent to it. I'm not a cow, but the grass 2 yards away from the road looks much more interesting to me ;) Do the bulls prefer the taste of diesel exhaust?

That grass in the middle of the road must be super grass 😂 3’ tall on the sides and they’re using 25% of their daily bites on short grass 😆

Why do you think they like that scrubby grass in the middle of the driveway?
