진짜 세라님? 이 말씀하신것 처럼 자기의 옛날 일상에 적응 할때쯤 다시 집을떠나 현실의 일상으로 돌아올때 굉장히 힘들다는걸 많이 느낍니다. 지금까지 독일에서 3년정도 살면서 한국엔 한번 다녀왔지만 1년이 지난 지금에도 한국을 떠날때의 우울감과 독일에 다시 돌아왔을때 공허함은 잊을수 없는거 같네요.. 먼 나라에서 힘드신거 많이 공감하게 되는거 같네요 힘내시구 항상 응원합니다

Do you guys knows Juo and Lindsey from the youtube channel AKAlovestory? They’re an international couple like you guys and they also do vlogs. That's how I felt when I returned to NY after a 4-week trip to Sydney, but it only took me a few days to settle back in. And I wasn't jetlagged because I forced myself to sleep NY time on the plane (time difference is 14 hours) which meant I had to sacrifice a few hours of sleep but totally worth it if it means not being jetlagged for two weeks lol. I did the same going to Sydney too.

Best way to beat jet lag is to work a full 12 hour work shift the day after... 🤨 believe me, I snap out of it fast! Still miss family in Singapore when I come back to LA.... 15-16 hour difference and the heart in two places I totally understand 😫

Ozark season 2 is so good! If I dare say, even better than season 1. It's one of those everyday, non-supernatural/non-fantasy tv shows I can't stop watching. The other one is Breaking Bad, of course :)
