I know where I belong! Went to Paris July 19th and the heat was terrible. I’m a stage 4 cancer patient and a Floridian so, we just adapted and had a marvelous time. This was on my bucket/live list and it didn’t disappoint! Buying an apartment there would be a dream come true. Enjoy every minute and thanks for inspiring me. Kathy

It's hard for me to picture you as co-dependent. I'm ALSO in the process of getting my DREAM HOUSE!!!! AND it is 3 doors from mine! LOL. I can move on foot. It's been a rollercoaster because i depended on selling my house to get this one (don't want a mortgage), and in April, over the course of a week, mine was sold and th house was supposed to be mine and i was ready to move, and then it fell thorugh because the buyer got cold feet! I've been disappointed, angry, hopeful, resentful, tired of getting my hopes up , and had kind of let it go.... both houses are on the upper side of prices so there aren't a lot of buyers in that pool, but i honestly think i should be paying 250K more than the actual price, I am getting such a bargain. The girl who is selling it got it when it was rundown and totally renovated it, it's a 1905 house, but you could never tell because it looks brand new and was completely redesigned, it has heating floors, separate bath & shower with a view on the river, a guest room, garage, even a little lane for my bike on the side, a yard without poles so my cat can run on his leash unobstructedm It's the perfect house for me and when the deal fell apart it felt so wrong. Now the new buyer has visited 4 times. They are still haggling about the price but i have reduced it the most that i can (literally keeping only the welcome tax, realtor commission, and 5k to move and empty my huge basement which i will have to pay 1-800-JUNk to get a load of stuff.... i had kinda let go. The guy proposed to me a condo for free a 250K cash in exchange now LOL. i don't want that condo though (which is also in our neighourhood, but further away, it has no yard for my cat, only one bedroom and on the wrong side of the street),. i want that house, man! The guy has money, he can pay and his wife liked the place.... I am basically hustling to pay my bills, so i can't reduce the price more, i have no savings to make up for what i would be lacking to buy. So the strategy is to go visit it, but i already know i'm not accepting his offer, and my realtors will work to make him understand the worth of the place LOL,. What's cool is the girl who i'm buying the dream house from is OK with lowering the purchase price every time i lower my sell price! I've never heard of anyone do that before. I was really bummed out and kinda resigned that i would have to stay here, which is not bad, i had a house without a mortage, a yard, and it's waterfront property, i see ships from my bathtub etc. But the house is old, we got mice in the attic, main bathroom needs to be redone, patio is crumbling and dangerous, tiles are gone in hallway, many lights don't work etc and it is wayyy too big. now, i feel like i Am getting my dream house because it IS my house. I belong there! The energy has shifted and i feel like it's gonna happen finally. HIGH FIVE BABY!! 💜

I know where I belong. Girl, I love that you do so many different things and that you show all of it here on your channel. I heard for so long, "You have to find a niche". The truth is I do a bunch of different things too. So I wound up with a BUNCH of different social media pages, a bunch of different KZbin Channels, a bunch of different niches - none of which take off because I wind up abandoning each one from time to time to do my other things. So happy for this video it’s come at the perfect time for me. Back in April I had a really ugly breakup (told my ex I was SA’d and they didn’t believe me and broke up with me since they just thought I lied and cheated), and I’ve had a really tough time since. Months later, only now really, do I feel like the universe was looking out for me somehow. The universe has a reason for everything even if I can’t see it now, and I just trust that the more I flow with the changes the more stuff that is for me will appear. I tell myself everyday "something very good and surprising will happen to me", and I really believe it. It really does work and I’m just so grateful that you have shared your art and journey. It’s been really beautiful to see and experience as someone who really supports the work that you do 🥹❤️
