Oh is it not? Yeah they're definitely similar. I suppose a lot of the soundtracks for those retro games were similar. Is it maybe from when you win a round with Dhalsim? I vaguely remember a weird kind of ringing when you win with him and he does that weird little dance with his hands and head, I could be totally wrong though.
