Was down @ BOTD Sat. of Memorial day weekend 2019. Not busy at all. This road is a bucket list road for anyone who loves corners. Find a AirBnB place and stay a while. This area and most any road between here and Breaks State Park are unbelievable and beg to be rode. Fast or slow it is an incredible road and area. Find highway 160.

And by the way, The rider with the flashing taillight is extremely dangerous/annoying. Look up target fixation.

The rider has a flashing taillight for safety reasons. But imo, it draws your attention to the light instead of being aware of its intensions..

LED lights occasionally occur as blinking when being recorded, especially with digital equipment like a GoPro.

@@northcarolinasportbikeride5484 Fantastic! I left SC by myself on the ZX-11 July 13th and came back on the 16th. Stayed in Whitesburg, KY and rode the Back on the 14th and 15th; loved it! Rode through KY, WV and VA coal towns for about 9 hrs each day. 1300 miles in 4 days r'trip. The old girl never failed me once and I managed to stay dry every day. The stars were aligned for me, I suppose. I'll go back and ride it again for sure but I'll stay closer to Hwy 16 next time.

Was better than TOTD, in my opinion due to less traffic and a longer run but it has been getting advertised a lot the past couple of years. May be better to run on a weekday due to less traffic, same as TOTD. Enjoy and have fun. Not much need for gear changes on a liter bike BTW. DRZ400SM these days. About to convert it to the dirt lyfe though. Moving out to Phoenix, AZ mid Jan and just seems to fit more into the type of riding that's offered in that area. Subbed to your channel, nice Aprilia btw!
