So much green! How soon do you eat a meal after your post workout meal? I am usually hungry about an hour after my post workout. My goal is to lose weight so not sure if I should wait longer.

yeahh i know its insane!! i usually eat straight away, it does depend a lot on how far I've ridden and how much i ate on the ride though. I think even if you are trying to lose weight you still should eat some after the ride its good to get some simple sugars in straight away for recovery, i really like doing thick banana/blueberry smoothie in a bowl with a little granola at the moment!
