I am so glad that they pushed forward to compete!! I was so surprised that they wanted to retire after what happened in France!!

I think he meant to say 'withdraw' from the China Cup, not retire as in retire from the sport

He was misunderstood, they were never thinking of retiring. Having said that, this program is such a waste of their talent. Bad choice, changing the costumes did not make it any better.

@@tacom1 that's not true. They had always said that they would take one season at a time and that they have questioned themselves if they want to continue or not. And considering that they scored really poorly at GF France, I do think that they once again pondered if it was worth continuing or not
