I don't know the actual answer but my guess is he either wants the level to stick around a 1 min to 1 min 50ish time. And also imagine doing Deadlocked and its the full version, 3 minutes of pain.

This level is NOT a normal difficulty. The 2nd segment is at least hard, and the 3rd is definetely harder. That doesn’t average out to normal, that’s an Insane level most likely. But I do understand there should be some difficulty curve in official levels as they are part of the GD learning process, and it’ hard to extend a lavel for 3 minutes by only using the basic features of GD.

I also watched Colon's GD mechanics video and it really opened an opportunity to start all over again and make full versions as consistent as possible.
