Dr Rahim, started watching your videos and was inspired to seek out a Gonstead practice here in the UK. I've had lots of issues which physio was not addressing. The xrays showed I have scoliosis 's' shape. So glad I went. Now on a treatment course and turns out my Chiropractor learned under the original partner of Dr Gonstead. Such a small world. I am so glad watching you helped me take these steps!!🙏

There are two sesamoid bones in the tendon attaching the medial metacarpal to the big toe; I'd imagine the likeliest cause of bunions would be the one on the medial side of the toe, which could misalign more easily than the lateral sesamoid, since that side would have some additional support from the second toe. I think the most important part of Gonstead is meeting the patient where they are - identifying the cause and working toward a resolution.

A sesamoid bone is a small bone that is commonly found embedded within a muscle or tendon near joint surfaces, existing as focal areas of ossification and functioning as a pulley to alleviate stress on that particular muscle or tendon.

Process takes time. We focus on balance. We crack jokes, we set bones. The gonestead method. Instrumentation, visualization, static palpation. We go by not the x-ray, but what is going on in the body; x-ray says one thing, the body shows something else, we trust the body.

i wish i can come to you doc. maybe one day inshallah because we do not have any chiropractor at all in the middle east and if i find someone they are more physical therapy with little knowledge in chiro so the treatment will focus on the physical therapy than a chiro treatment. love from Saudi Arabia.
