This video cassette player is Sony SLV-XC30SG. Inside the device I saw its production date - 1994. In this video I will unpack the video recorder and check its functionality. I'll insert the tape, rewind it, connect it to the TV and play the movie.

My dream to purchase one vcp or vcr in 90s but I always rent a vcp(Funai)& watching movie. I never full fill my dream. Now a days I can one but VHS is not available. Time flies 😢

E un videolettore,dove non si spiega la presenza del pulsante rec,a meno che la sony non usi lo stesso frontale anche su un'altro modello videoregistratore,cambiando ovviamente alcune serigrafie

@@giuseppelavecchia775 Видемагнитофон отличается от вилеоплеера с записью тем, что у видеомагнитофона есть тюнер для приёма ТВ. Он мог записывать телепрограммы с антенны, в том числе по таймеру. Видеоплеер с записью может записывать только напрямую через коннекторы input AV. Скорее всего функция записи работает. Если только у видеокассеты не выломан флажок защиты от записи.

В исправной технике, которая много лет не включалась деградируют электролитические конденсаторы. Они теряют свои свойства из-за химических процессов происходящих внутри. Нужно просто чтобы техника включённая в электрическую сеть постояла сутки или двое. Плеер может после этого заработать. Но резиновый приводной ремень, если он есть, может высохнуть, растянуться, потерять эластичность. Тогда его придётся заменить. Его можно осмотреть, сняв дно.
