Did it bother you when Talia told him to cut both of the ends of the onion off. I always cringe when people do that. I always laugh when people don't know how to properly dice onion. It's not that hard. I also found it strange that she had him wet the bread with water. Why wouldn't they just use bread crumbs, or toast the bread and turn it into bread crumbs. Those are some weird meatballs. 😂

For the sauce. 2 tablespoons of salt 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 a cup of olive oil 2 large tins of canned tomatoes 8 sprigs of basil Add all these to a blender, or use an immersion blender, then you have a ready pizza/pasta sauce. Don’t heat it up before putting it on a pizza, but most definitely heat it up before serving with pasta. If you want the pasta sauce to be thicker just keep it on heat for longer.
