II can't get the elite software to work on my pc, but it will run the standard, not sure why this is?

great video can you tell me how do i change the image size i want using the inch/cm boxes at the bottom i remember Nancy doing it but i cant remember how. so if i want all my images 20cm by 16 cm

Hi Sandra, to use those boxes type your size in the box and press enter on your keyboard. If you want to change each side differently (eg make a square a rectangle) click the little chain in between the two size boxes and you can change just one measurement and stretch the image instead of keeping it in proportion. Hope this helps :)

What is the difference between the artwork downloads to the same artwork but on usb,also if I use 2 little robins can I use these with my craft studio or canvas workspace (for instance 2 little robins believe in beauty)

Dose the USB work with a Apple MAC laptop please?.

Hi, the graphics program is PC based so doesn't work on a MAC although there are tutorials on KZbin on using Bootcamp to run windows on a MAC, we have a couple in the office that have this. Our downloads and USBs allow access to the artwork to work in other graphics programs on your MAC if you do have an alternative.
