Awesome talk, thank you so much dr McKee. Have a few Qs: 1)Can u pl explain "Horizontal" symmetry in a Classical Spitz nevus? 2) Spitz nevus no 4 at 1:30:38 has cells with large nuclei &promoinent single/multiple nucleoli..the nests are also quite close together , plus focal Pagetoid spread...how do we differentiate from a Spitzoid melanoma (If I had not seen the maturation, it may have been v difficult for me. Thank in advance. Looking fwd to the next session eagerly!
