If preservation scarabs went above the price mentioned in the video, the strat will take several maps to make profit from the 'lucky' set of div cards. Can use the white scarabs instead of the divination ones. I'm currently testing out another strat for casuals which is actually pretty great and very less RNG and investment involved. Dont be discouraged if the league is too overtuned for one set of players. We're experimenting some new stuff now. Disclaimer: This particular strat was trending last week and still is by some of the top magic finders in POE. This is not my idea and style of making currency in POE.

Lost like 40d and have to say, the explanation is good, but my lord this is heavy luck based. Dropt nothing really worth mentioning. Should u guys try it? Probably, cause its fun, that is what matters. Will u make profit? Most likely not. But for sure u can hit insane shit there. Most people will lose currency at the end, thats a fact. Preservation Scarab is up to 7d now, so i dont think its even worth trying anymore.

If most people lost money, they wouldnt be doing it lol. That being said its probably just as profitable to boss rush and sell the uber frags. No investment except map. 75c. Maven keys selling almost 2div each. Not to mention you can just run a domination atlas and clap the boss with all your shrine buffs and niko buffs.

Horned Scarab of Preservation is already 7D, worth using it still? same price as the divintaion scarab so would think theres some other scarab that can be used instead

any build can run these maps but u need either buy expensive offensive items to have enough damage and focus more on defence in ur tree or auras so lets say for example u buy a mirror tier 2 h sword so u have alrdy enough dmg and can invest into defence with all ur other items also mageblood is must have for these strats cause u can get easily 400k ehp with mageblood

I think this strat is only for an ultra Mf-er like Fubgun, with multimirror items, and a lot of divs to put on the map. Without this big Quant 100+ % and rarity from MF, this is even worse than t17 scarab farming. Anyway nice video man :)

Why do you get all the +1 map level nodes here for T17 farming but in the T16 video you said its not necessary since maps drop T16 only anyway?

That is not how map equity works. Only about 37% of maps will drop at T16 even with all 4 voidstones in. If you have Singular Focus allocated all of the maps that do not roll T16 are getting converted to currency. So in order to increase the number of maps that can drop at T16 you need +1 map nodes. Which thus increases your chance to drop a T17.

@@RRXn3oN T17s can drop with singular focus. It's just that the map needs to roll T16 first, then pass the roll to drop as T17. So by upleveling all the maps that would be dropping down at 12-14 by taking as many tier nodes as possible then you increase the chances of successfully rolling for a T16 to convert to a T17.

Same. Ran 20 maps and lost a lot of currency on this (not a huge sample size tbf). Also takes quite a bit more than 20c to roll a map, and the scarab of preservation is up to 6d now.

I'm going to try the back to basics and atlas passive on T16's, but not use those crazy expensive scarabs. My build probably can't run the juiced T17's anyway. Will see if it's better than the stronbox or destructive play I've been doing on T16's.

im doing BtB on corrupted T16 with some super cheap scarabs and it works very well, actually it is best strat so far ive tried for my very bad, weak build i have this league (no time to play). You drop some good 3-7 div shit time to time and you have constant drop 10-20c items. No mechanics is chill play to, even thou some explicits can become pretty wild :)

i been farming scarabs in t17 map making anywhere between 7-15d per map i can do 3 maps in an hour so basically making 21-45d per hour so this definitely isnt the best farming strat post nerfs its the scarab farming wich is best

Another really good strategy for the 1% of players!! The main problem is: the most players cannot handle with T17 maps at this point or dont have 11 divs to start this strategy. All the strategies in this league seems like made to streamers/no life players. Casual players, like me, can only cries.

Just run an essence farm strategy. They're really cheap. Just spend a week casually doing them and then you will be able to afford this strategy.

I've been doing delve + Jun and farmed a mageblood in 2-3days. You don't have to do these high-end strats. Yes, it takes longer, but fomo-ing will just make you upset.

Casuals can do the exact same strategy once they put in the time it took the no life's to get there. 20 hours is twenty hours regardless of how many hours a day you play.. I don't understand why people complain that the people who invest thirty times the amount of time as them have more currency and are able to do more content.. just grind.. enjoy the game as you are able to and don't expect it to be the same experience as someone who lives in the game.
