Unless there is a way to enforce it remotely or if a cop is following the bus I don’t see it being enforced that much. Same problem. Hardly any solution.

A lot of buses have cameras now. I know someone who got a ticket mailed to them after going around a bus

@@casadeboro that’s good. Just in my opinion. Making harsher penalties without a better way to enforce it will only affect the chances of an honest mistake getting severely punished in return. With out a proper way to enforce it the people that blow past busses anyways will still do it if the chances of getting caught or ticketed does not significantly increase to begin with.

​@@totallynotaneelyou're absolutely right! But yes like casa said, the cameras that alot of busses have now are extremely helpful, but i think to strengthen your point i believe its still up to the bus driver to make sure they file the incident report and it goes from there
