A helpful hack for getting rid of photos and keeping them down ,is everyday before you go to bed you search the current date of the day your on and delete it from that day ….it has help me so ,much especially because I have soooooo many photos it helps me to not feel overstimulated while going through them

I got it in a salon in the philippines 🥹 they have it on Lazada if your country has that but if you cant find it, I'd also look into Olaplex No.7 Bonding Oil,, it's fairly similar in what it targets for hair

I do a digital clean up almost every quarter. Having 30k photos on my phone stresses me out hahaha I also back everything up on a hard drive so they’re somewhere.
