It’s not normal to get a backpack every year. Don’t compare yourself with these girls online. I literally used my backpack for four years and switched to a tote bag this year. Also you can find used backpacks for way cheaper than those in the videos. Best of luck

Girl… Is it weird that I don’t go back to school shopping. Ok so basically me, my mom and my sister went to my mom home country to visit our relatives (my dad had to stay home for work but he came for the last 2 weeks) during the summer before sixth grade. During the time we were gone, my dad went back to school shopping and bought almost EVERYTHING and got several of one thing each. And we still have a lot of leftover supplies from that year so we just pick what we need. I’ve also been using the same backpack since 7th grade and same clothes since 7th grade so 😭😭
