Grandpa's always walking in with birthday cards. I think that's soooo sweet. I feel for Melinda. I'm 27 with a lot of back problems, early disc degeneration, rotation in my lower spine. It's more depressing than anything to feel like your quality of life is decreasing. But trust me, it gets better. Find the few things that help the most and continuously do them. Even if something knocks the pain down 1 level, if you do 2-3 different things that do that(for example-hot bath, cbd oil and/or topical cream) you go from being in a constant level 8 of pain to a 6 and it's a huge difference. Just make sure to take good care of yourself. Flare ups will happen but they are temporary

I love how they reverted from grandma and aunt to sisters frolicking and having fun. You are right Crystal, Bonnie’s laugh is infectious ❤️ Melinda, It sounds like your either getting an ablation or the intracept ablation. It’s not a big deal. I have had them but you will feel better. They are just burning the nerve so you aren’t in pain anymore. Just can’t swim or soak in a tub for a few days after. Don’t be scared. You got this!!

I go back to school in 2 weeks which in retrospect is still plenty of time but I'll still never be ready. This is such a special memory! My mom always would take my sister and I out for our last day of summer. We would go to Dunkin in the morning and then go to Walmart and goof off and would get whatever we want to eat and I loved it.
