traffic congestion according to reports from DOTr, MMDA, and LTO Is infrastructure or road widening or building more roads, which is the solution to traffic congestion plus substation railway hehe!!! the Engrs have forgotten to use their insight, for that, .......this infrastructure roaming program is an additional road to avoid traffic congestion and however, it is for velocity making the narrow streets more crowed of huge vehicles having been congested because, agaIN of too many vehicles coming in new STREETS OF directions for velocity going back narrow streets, which traffic congestion IS STILL NOT SOLVED ,BECAUSE OF NO NEW METHOD PROGRAM FOR REDUCTION ON VEHCIELS THE MOBILITY TIME , TO STROP AND GO FOR WWINDOW HOUR IN A COMPRHENSEIVE OR PROFOUND SSOLUTION FOR ALL THE CITIES AT NCR like in Binondo, Paranaque, Ayala and otherS OF narrow streets at NCR which is the problem, not too much on EDSA but still remains big traffic congestion at any given time because of the traffic phenomena and at the end traffic congestion in commercial districts are more crowded than it uses to be because of no mobility reduction program, where we population growth, esp when comes to the increasing units OF MOTORIST on the mobility REULTING TO huge volume ESP ON THE THE private cars vs, public transportation, AND back to narrow streets all over again and again it sounds crazy but that is the truth that is manifested into a reality WHY CAN THEY SOLVED THE ISSUED TO HAVE A REDCUTION TIME FOR MOBILTY ,HOW DO MAKE IT IMPLEMENTED IS HARD BECASUE ,THE CONCEPT IS NOT BEING TAKEN BUT MORE ROADS CONSTRUCTION PORJECT ,. It may come to an end is still remains traffic jam always, this is on peak hours every day on all Narrow streets of NCR, what must be the solution, it is about time that private cars and other vehicles must be placed into the program mobility on vehicles mixed brand reduction of 40, 0r even 60 PerCENT PROGRAM FOR five working days OF STOP, PARK AND GO POLICY WINDOW HOUR in addition to FOR reduction of motorcycles volume THAT must be the program for vehicles mobility, meaning huge volume stop and go program during rush hours, what does this means to the author of this program, listen analyze and realized the concept of what programming is on reducing vehicles mobility. we have about a million vehicles what is needed is mobility vehicles control, over the fixed timetable of window hour " MIxed brand volume reduction"
