Rebecca, I’m so happy and excited for you! ❤ Also, let me give you a little tip about your emergency bag: put all of your band-aid/first aid supplies in a Ziploc or reusable zip-top bag. That way it’s all in one place and you won’t have to dig for anything. It’s especially helpful when you are bleeding. I have one in my car.

Hi Rebecca i want to say i am 11 years old and i want to become Tidy and awake all day but when i go to take a nap for the next day i sleep 2:30pm so i don't feel uncomfortable when sleep 2:30 pm and i want to change it i awake 11:00am or 10:00am but i want to change the habit so can you tell me how can i be productive and become a healthy girl

Sweety try putting an alarm with a special song that's gonna be in all your alarms so your body is gonna get used on the idea of having this sound as a sign of waking up also try to tell yourself before you get to sleep that you'll wake at .... so your subconscious mind is gonna save thus info and try to give a signal at that time to wake you up that's how it works for me and how I've used medical info in my life 😊

In Canada you have to do 4 years of university for an undergrad degree before medical school, then I took time off and I’m going to med school now which makes me 24 :)
