The server timer was implemented to fight duping. after the server saved people would upload the item, then crash the server. When the server came back you would have one in upload and another still on server.

people have been asking the devs for awhile if smalls in on asa launch and devs have been avoiding answering for awhile now haha. personally i pray smalls is on launch x1 is god awful so boring smalls is just faster and more pvp i feel like it just gets boring when u get a base spot no one touches like 2 years @@KHz999
