There’s a wonderful line in the song “Never Let Me Go” by Florence and the Machine” that says “I’m not giving UP I’m just giving IN” and that perfectly describes Michael’s honesty when he says he gets tired of “making lemonade” out of his struggles! The shock of the severity of the symptoms of Michael's illness was vastly superseded by the chemistry between these two men. The humanity, the love, the friendship, the compassion, the strength, the dignity.. you might not have seen any of it quite so clearly had Michael not been so severely affected by his disease. What a touching episode. Both men make you proud to be human. Much of what you see in this world today has the exact opposite result. My faith in humanity is restored.

Haven't had a salad in years and I won't eat much vegetables unless my mother/in law makes something then I'll have a little. This is so damn awesome and iconic to see these two together like this. But being fully honest, it is hard to see Fox this affected as well. He is doing his very best day to day. But it doesn’t mean it doesn’t punch you in the gut to see the guy who literally got to travel across the space of time in your childhood being brought down by such a crippling disease… Marty wasn’t exactly a childhood hero. But he was the kid we all wanted to be who had an awesome friend in Doc, a beautiful girlfriend. And one of the very most exciting adventures you could ever hope to reach for, even as us kids of the 80’s transitioned to adults who had kids of our own! I have a heart that is both warmed and hurt by this, if that is even possible… 🤷‍♂️😏😕

I personally feel great seeing Michael come so far, because in spite of visible ailment from Parkinson's, he used to be much worse. To be able to talk, walk, and move like he does now, it makes me proud to be a fan of his. What a change. There are many truly heart breaking diseases, both for the individuals who have it and their family, friends and carers (shout out to carers btw, true heros!). Despite his difficulties it's great to see he's in good spirit and is still enjoying life to the best of his ability. We should all be a little more like Michael J. Aw so heartwarming 🥺 I have seen all three Back to the Future's so many times, and I can literally watch them all the time and never get bored. Those types of movies are my favorite and they don't really make 'em like that anymore. ❤❤

Not a second of that movie was wasted ... zero filler. You couldn't edit it and not lose something. Great film.
