Thanks so much for reviewing this book for us, Rob. This is DEFINITELY being added to my Christmas wish list. It looks and sounds amazing and I need to see those Stolz photos. I heard once or twice before that Lea Thompson was really upset when Stolz was replaced. Is there any mention of that in the book?

Thanks for watching Vanessa, it's a pretty awesome book, and the bonus replica items really make it something special! The only mention it makes about Lea Thompson, in relation to Eric Stoltz, is that when they made the decision to replace him, Lea was away on an unauthorized trip, and she had a bunch of phone messages , and felt relieved that she wasn't let go from the film! lol

Lea Thompson and Eric Stoltz met again 2 yrs later for the film 'Some Kind of Wonderful' 1987. Another great film in my opinion. :) ps.. I'm about to purchase this book in the next few mins.. 8^)

It's like there's a war going on between the publisher who's releasing the 224 pages Revised and Expanded edition (Michael Klastorin himself) vs the publisher who's releasing the 'industries' 240 pages Updated edition (Titan Books). I've been trying for months to gather information about these books differences, but none of both parties (nor does the official Back to the Future channels) come up with an answer why there are 2 books in the first place and secondly: What the real differences are. What book is really worth buying. It's like how the Revised and Expanded edition is a fully redone and updated book by the author on his own terms, where the publisher felt left out and decided to work on an 'official' updated edition (topping with 240 over 224 pages). With two almost identical books, it's really pointless to buy both of them, but then again: there's small differences in both. Still deciding which 'updates' are really worth spending money on. I hope there are some comparisons coming up soon and/or that they will sell these books in physical book stores to make up your own mind.

@@themovievault You really have to put effort in finding the 'Updated' edition. Amazon has them (besides the older 2015 releases).

Hey. I found the same diffence hours ago. And now I'm kind of confused. I ordered the 240 pages edition because it should be more completed. But I don't know about the differences yet. Did you come to a conclusion? Thanks.

@@noeliagonzalezberciano7985 I haven't looked into the Updated Edition. I bought the Revised one. What I think happened, is that in a very early stage they announced the new book as an updated edition. When the title was announced, in some places, the older title was still used (I believe Amazon mostly). So what I think, is that there is just one new book which was released.

Did your copy come with shrinkwrap on it because what would stop any of the extra paper pieces and photos from sliping out before the book gets sent to people ordering online? It would be really disappointing if these added replica pieces were missing.

did you get circus of horrors ??/ wow just watched great classic british horror and the picture is good they did a good transfer sit down and watch it 1 night mate you will love it
