I honestly appreciate the hustler in her and her commitment to herself to vlog everyday. She benefits from it and so do I. So as a grown woman I'm sure you know your limitations Judy so until your body tells you otherwise you do what makes you happy and thanks for allowing me a small glimpse into your life.

I wasn't going to comment, but this is freaking ridiculous. I think everyone really need to stop with all of THEIR baby experiences and let Judy and Benji handle their business. Each baby is different. Each mother is different. What may have worked for you, may not work for someone else. CLEARY, Judy is doing what is best for the twins. Period. Let's just appreciate her for even putting up a vlog in the first place and sharing this SENSITIVE time with the world. For crying out loud. She just birthed twins(plus already having JB) and she's STILL working/vlogging. She should be enjoying her family. Give her a damn break.

It's not like she isn't going to breast feed afterwards. Even if she did, it's her choice. but from the video, she had said her milk hasn't come in yet, I'm sure if it came in she will try again.

Little Miya is so tiny. She can't afford to lose any more weight. If you formula feed, don't feel bad. It doesn't make you less of a mom. Also, try breastfeeding every other feeding, that way you still get to bond and someone can help with the feedings. I'm so glad Melody is there to help you guys. That was a great decision to have her move in.

Hi Judy! I had Alaina at 36.5 weeks so my milk didn't come in very well either at first. What helped me the most was pumping just as much as i was feeding her. so every time she was done eating, I would pump RIGHT after for 10 minutes or so.. and it kinda of kicked my body into gear! thought that might help a little! :D

Don't worry Judy, when I was induced it took 5 days for my milk to come in. You also have to remember that being on IV fluids causes the babies to gain water weight too, so their weight loss is artificially increased.

That was heart breaking watching Benji go on and on about how he expected the twins to be breastfed while Judy is standing right there, already feeling horrible about it. You need to learn social cues Benj, definitely not the right time to mention it, your wife can't produce enough milk yet, jeez just like the epidural situation. He doesn't have to go through any of this and then thinks his way is the right and only way. Judy you are a trooper.

I have a boyfriend who was formula fed when he was a baby because at the time his mother had breast cancer. There is definitely no lack of bond between the mother and baby just because she didn't feed him by breast milk. Also, he is a fully functioning adult, (and smarter than me). Honestly, since the babies are obviously loosing weight and always crying because they are hungry you should probably use formula and breast milk. The babies need to flipping eat.
@whatreallymatterstok

Took the words right out of my mouth!!!! Not trying to seem rude, but benji may get in the way with that cause he's 'natural'. Baby needs to eat formula at this point the way she downed that bottle.

Our son was 100% formula fed. He has always been healthier than any of my friends breast fed babies and rarely gets sick. I hate how society makes us mom's who don't breastfeed feel like we are not good mothers. Fed is best.

I think it's fair to point out the enormous change that has occurred in the attitude of JB. I still remember when the whole family traveled to Cork to meet the Saccone Joly's. Many commented that JB was a little invasive and even mean with Emilia (although they were just babies! dah!). I must be sincere, I also thought something similar, not JB was mean or anything like that, but sometimes she had a rude attitude (of course within the parameters that a baby can be rude). But nowadays I'm surprised to see the great work that Judy and Benji have done with her daughter!!!!!!! She is amazing, a wonderful big sister (even though she is still a baby), incredibly cheerful, always share her things, funny and I could continue and continue.... Congratulations Judy and Benji have done an amazing job with JB.

PLEASE READ To all those that are curious about the PHOTOTHERAPY The structure of a Red Blood Cell (Fetal Hemoglobin) of a baby is slightly different than when we are older. It is designed so that the baby can get more Oxygen from the mom while she is still growing before birth. After birth, the baby's system switches to the common red blood cell structure (Adult Hemoglobin) but that means that there is more breakdown of the original baby blood type. Bilirubin is the product of the breakdown. Everyone makes this normally, but it is common for many babies to have lower amounts of the enzyme than they need to do this breakdown process. The Phototherapy helps the baby by making the bilirubin change into the product form that the enzyme usually makes. (Fat soluble become water soluble). The water soluble bilirubin can be passed freely in the urine or feces with no problem. If the bilirubin is not rid from the baby's body, it stays in it's fat soluble form and can go around and cause a mess. It is especially dangerous if it goes up to the brain (Can cause something called Kernicterus). For this reason, phototherapy is used to help the babies get rid of it. Please note that I have stated this for simplicity's sake. There are much better explanations around but this gives a general idea

Praying for you and your beautifjl family. I know the stress and the feelings of having a jaundice baby my first was severly jaundice we stayed in the hospital for a whole week because of it. His bilirubin levels hit 20 which was peak and phototherapy was not helping. One thing k ahve learned by having 2 additional kids after him is that feedings are important for them to poop. Tbe more they poop the lower the numbers drop. I pray all goes well and keep yojr head up yojr awesome parents!

I hate when you have to go back, its heart breaking, but it'll all be ok. When I had my twins I didn't produce enough breast milk and was sooo againist formula I actually fed them goat's milk, they got big and fat and were healthy. With my 3rd son, I tried breast feeding and I had enough for 3 babies and then it just stopped, so I tried the goats milk again, didn't work for him ad good as the twins so we formula fed him, and my 4th son was breast fed. So in my opinion whatever works for the baby, as long as the baby is eating that's all that matters.

I am saddened to hear that the babies have jaundice but almost every newborn baby has it these days, but thank God, there are many ways to fix it, so I am hoping the babies will be fine soon. My little brother had it, too but he went through the same treatment as the twins and he was okay. Do not worry, Judy. Our prayers are with you! :)

with my last baby I supplemented with formula for 2 weeks until my milk came and we didn't have an issue with going to full time breast milk afterwards. Oatmeal helped keep up my supply. I ate a lot of oatmeal mixed with water. *hugs* to Judy , I've been there and it not easy to stay stress free.

Veterinarian here- there's a dog on the blood pressure cuff because it's likely purposes for veterinary use (small dog) but used on babies because they have similar arm circumferences!

Get better babies! Praying for you guys! Make sure not to leave the babies in the car seats for an extended period. I read how it cuts off their airways and some babies have died because of it. Just wanted to share because I love you guys and you both are amazing parents!

They weren't in there properly then. Ive driven 500 miles with newborns and they were fine. But then obviously they were taken out for diaper changes, feedings etc.

Judy I hope your milk supply comes in but don't feel bad if it doesn't. I think Benji complaining about the twins not being able to be breast fed is beyond ridiculous... It is rude and hurtful to Judy because she is obviously upset about it. Now maybe if she wasn't under so much stress and was able to go to the store and run 6 miles a day like certain others in the household maybe she would relax a little and let things come naturally. So far I see a very selfish partner and a tired mother. People act like it's the mothers fault if she can't feed, uhm no sometimes it just doesn't work and telling her to have the babies "wait it out" is beyond idiotic, how about you go a couple of days without eating?? Good luck Judy..

He wasn't complaining. He said he wanted to get the nourishment into the babies, he would rather it be mother's milk, but whatever it takes is fine.

You are soo wrong Beni is a great father and an amazing partner have you not seen how much he helps Judy even she says it herself. He just said that it would be better for the babies to drink breast milk but it's not possible so whatever it takes for them is fine! Benji and Judy keep up the great work you guys are amazing parents!

He was not complaining. Since when is stating how you feel complaining? He clearly said whatever it takes for them to be healthy is his priority.

Im so happy for you. My daughter had to go thru that light treatment and it broke my heart but you have to remain positive bc its routine and it will def help their % to come back up, sometimes you dont need the 2 nights. They tell you that bc they want you to make sure your prepared for the stay. Another tip, which (grandpa) my dad used to do once we got back from the hospital, he would lay my little one in the sun in her pamper and let the sunlight come in and it will def help if you keep her on for a few min. (sorry, I saw that you did do the same thing) but they will grow healthy and strong, you all are such a beautiful family! I love your videos! Its going to def be a wonderful journey seeing these little sisters grow together!

Judy my baby is a little over two weeks old and my milk didn't come in right away until maybe day 4 maybe because he's my first. My sister bought me this tea at walmart called "Mother's milk" yea and you drink it like 3-5times a day it helped my milk come in quickly and abundantly. I hope your able to try it! Praying so that the baby bears could go home soon. Ily guys. God bless ya'll.

The reason the girls arent getting enough is just because they are so tiny. It is hard for a 4 or 5lbs baby to have the strength to suck from the boob. This would be why Miya has an even more difficult time (she is smaller). Keep pumping and feeding them. and then put them on the boob for a bit after to put her to sleep so she still learns to latch. And then as they get bigger and you have more milk it will be easier and you can still breastfeed. However, If it doesnt work out, do not let anyone make you feel guilty. Not only do you have twins, but they are 37weekers, and it is HARD. it is most important that the babies are fed and comfortable.
