It's a nice heartwarming video today w Hunter enjoying hanging out with dad, and donating months of warmth to a family in need. I'm always hoping the families I follow understand that watching them build is good stuff, but they don't always have to be constructing to create and share good content. Today's outing w Hunter riding along, and the few chores you did, along w chatting w us would have been way good enough, but then as the season of giving thanks is upon us, you donate hundreds of dollars of your main livelihood to a family in need. So you took an already good video and smeared sweet icing all over it. A few years back at WWOG, Josh and Erin were laying a stone walkway. The video for that day. But out of nowhere came a horrific storm. As they hunched down inside, Josh gave the command to go out and get under the house. Little Ellie, clinging tightly to dad, crying in fear. They just saw the chicken coup get slammed to the ground, busting it up. That video's topic was laying slate rock in mortar, but that topic was overwhelming changed to a family's run for cover. A video of sharing a regular day of life can be very enjoyable to watch. Doesn't always have to be about building. The memories made in a video shared does not have to be huge. I have many special memories on your channel, that you were not doing the normal. Like the video of your way of fixing a Samsung washing machine. And the video of Hunter leading Levi through the woods w such laughter. Content doesn't have to be created to be good. Just normal, family, daily routine, can make good, enjoyable content. Just turn the camera on and share. That's huge in and all by itself. I'm very thankful you shared your today w us. I now have a lasting memory of you and Hunter. Good stuff! Great stuff! Thank you for sharing.👍🚜❤️🙏🇺🇲🇺🇲

Doing errands with Hunter sounds a lot like taking care of my 82yo Dad! You love him dearly, but man, if you deviate from the plan it is a BIG deal. Also, there better be a meal or snack stop somewhere along the way. My dad will stay in the car, but if you take too long he whips out the cell phone to check in on your progress!

That grayed out firewood is the Crème de la crème. I bought 5 cords of red oak that way one year. In my woodstove I could fill it up, put a single piece of newspaper between the two pieces of oak center/bottom, and come back to raging fire. By the way Melissa's hair looks great. It has depth and is so natural. Whoever does her hair deserves a special tip. Love this channel. By the way. I can only tell you of my experience. I was sitting in the living room with the wood stove burning, and had a stack of wood kind of close to it. I started to smell wood burning, looked over and there was a red ember on the corner of one of the pieces smoking in the stack. I looked it up and there is a rule or whatever about keeping firewood at least 36 inches from the stove. You obviously don't have that problem because it seems to be working great.

As a Civil War enthusiast, you might be interested to know that he was a drummer in the Pennsylvania Volunteers. We think he was about 14 went he was at the battle in Gettysburg. He went on to marry and have numerous children in Zelienople and Butler County. I'd like to get up there one day and see where they all lived and are now buried.

not sure why but I think it is fun to see towns I know like Zeli on your channel. My uncle knew your dad or at least knew of him. Worked for Roach and Zeigler for years and is good friends with the folks that had the lawnmower store there in town. It is cool seeing the old theatre, the kauffman house, the building where your dad had his business, etc. You are correct. It is a nice, clean town where people still go to walk around and shop and eat.

Been through that town several times. I have a friend that lives in Gibsonia (north of PA) that I visit several times a year. I am in NH and stop in Hudson Valley, NY to pick up a friend, then we take all secondary roads to get to Gibsonia. We try to take a different route every time. The countryside in PA is spectacular. I always enjoy those rides. It's about the journey! Good on you for delivering gifts, that is the spirit we need. God Bless

Just an FYI, I ordered my fire starter day before yesterday, In the morning, and the four pound bags were already sold out. I heard you say they were going on sale the next day so I immediately got to your website and entered my email address so I could be notified when they would arrive…… it didn’t work. I received no email saying they would be available. So the alert doesn’t work. I ordered the two 1.75 bags, but I sure was hoping for a four pounder. Still, happy to get some. This is an amazing product. It took a year of BBQ’s to go through a four pound bag. Now I’m good for another year!

Bravo Zulu, Mike, for what you do for needy families. And, the funny thing about dealing with children with learning challenges.......you never know what will impress them. You can do a hundred things to try to make their life happier and better, and the smallest thing impresses them. There is just no way to figure out what they may like. No problem finding out what they don't like.....that's easy! Y'all keep on keeping on. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas!
