I landed in Cebu on the 28th and I am in Ormoc city now my friend. I would love to meet up with you and buy you some drinks or dinner. I need my shirt and my book autographed by the King 👑. From my understanding, foreigners cannot own land in the Philippines. It would have to be in Fatima’s name (a native) and he likely does not want to take that risk, I’m assuming.

I'm a foreigner and my wife is Philippino and we own land and building a house. I can't own land here in the Philippines however my Atty added me to all the paperwork so that my wife could not sell anything out from underneath me. Also a Foreigner can own a house. My Atty put the house in my name and the land in my wife's name. I have two small boys 3 years and 2 years and everything I'm doing is for them and their future since they was born here in the Philippines.

I've lived here in the Philippines over 5 years now and never heard or known anyone that was married having their wife do that to them. My wife has never asked me how much money I make and I find that Philippino women are way more trusting than American women

Im amazed how Fatima can speak two languages at once. English to you and then Tagalog to the lady taking the order. Sometimes the two languages were blended. I'm just a dumb ole american that can barely handle English.
