Just by reading through the comments on this video, it is mind boggling how people pick at every word, every nuance of anything that is said. It seems they cannot say anything without it being picked apart. "Why do you always say vegan?" "Why do you eat out so often?" "Why do you tell people why you eat out so often?" Raya, I tried a New York bagel recipe I found online, they are not hard to make and they turned out very good. I made them several times. They are just time consuming, take about 2.5 hours to make. A good recipe for when you get the craving in Brighton.

Definitely Thomson Square bagels are great and they have good tofu cream cheese. Also, you must try Orchard Grocer next time. It is a vegan grocery store with excellent breakfast sandwiches, the best!!! Then lunch and dinner - Spicy Moon!
