Karen returns to Walford in search of her son, Keanu. All the witnesses of the Christmas murder tell her that Keanu ran away thinking he was the murderer, trying to conceal the murder they committed. Will Karen take their word for it or follow a hunch?

She 'kidnapped' her own grandson (or so she thought) with his father (so he thought) for one night and left him with his great uncle. The only loser being Phil who had to pay over £50k - funded from his criminal empire. The 6 have been complicit in the death of a person, burying them under a cafe and covering it up. There are plenty of people in this scene who deserve being locked up a lot more than poor Karen - who will we assume one day find out her son is dead!
