Once again fantastic work ! Note: 18 USC 242 (denial of rights under color of law) is in fact a crime punishable by jail, fine, or both......and something for your arsenal should you ever need it.....Further in redress see US Supreme Court: Elrod v Burns 427 US 327 “Loss of 1st amendment freedoms for even minimal periods of time unquestioningly constitutes irreparable injury.” Best

If Ms Paula Sillivan is so worried about disclosing private customer information, then they should have private rooms or chat windows further apart. Seriously , anyone client sitting at window 1 for example, can easily hear what is being said at window 2 or window 3. Its an absurd argument.

True! And just proves her real concern is she didn't like the camera, period.

And anyone sitting there can either record or video with their cameras while the clerks thinks the clients are just playing on their phones! Yep, create private rooms is the way to go! @J P The "old world" while not a pretty place wasn't nearly as vile, evil, and vicious and the New World Order that we have now. What's interesting is at least in the USA prior to the 1970s most police officers were trained as "peace officers" and weren't nearly as prone to use violence against citizens as they are today under the exact same circumstances, my folks are very old now and they clearly recall that unless a citizen was truly committing a crime it was fairly unheard of for the police to ever use physical force against people. After 9/11 with the Israeli IDF a paramilitary organization providing much of the training to US law enfarcement the violence level escalated to the point where it was almost a given that during any encounter where The People were considered uncooperative they will automatically use violence to force cooperation. This is why now The People should ALWAYS carry concealed and when you are innocent and threatened with cops laying hands on you shoot to neutralize them. it is your legal right and the Supreme Court upheld this with case law.

If they want privacy why not make enclosed offices to help customers. Have the customers wait in a lobby, call the customers name, then take them to a small office room to help them. Instead they are out in the open asking people to show or say their information. Who's to say the person next to them are not going to take the other person information and do something with it?

For some reason cops believe cooperation includes you voluntarily violating your rights and if you assert your rights, as provided by the Constitution of the United States of America (You know, that pesky little thing they took an oath to uphold and protect), you are being uncooperative and deserve to be treated as a criminal. In America, if you assert your inalienable rights, you are a “bad guy.” It’s sad.
