Oh this made me giggle so much. Hopefully now you could use this video and easily follow it so that your clouds don’t look like spaceships anymore. 🤣 I have had to practice quite a lot to get mine to look like this. Just keep practicing and it will come. Happy coloring!

I have a hard time with backgrounds….and love what people are doing but scared to ruin my page as you said…..love what you did with those clouds. I need more information on your classes.

Don’t be afraid to ruin your page. Practice on another sheet or page first. Then when you’re ready you can complete your page with a background. If you’d like information on my classes you can email me at [e-mail]

Love what you have done here, I have 15 of the Neocolour 11. I’m thinking now of checking out the larger set. I have also found the Inktense to not always be permanent.

The Neocolors and Intense are wonderful. I’ve not had any issues with the Inktense not being permanent. Maybe you mean they seem to reactivate with water?

This is such a happy coincidence that you used Caran d'ache Neocolor II's for your background picture and I just ordered them this morning for the same reason. I only bought the 40 set though. After seeing that you were able to lay the white over the other blues after the fact is awesome! I saw on a KZbin video about a week ago where the user smudged them 1st with their finger tips, then activated them. These look like they will be so much fun to use when I get them on Wednesday. Thanks for sharing this video Pamela!

That is so exciting! I'm so glad you are going to have these. I have had so much fun with them. I never thought about smudging them with m y finger. What a great idea. I can imagine that there are tons of ways you can move the colors with these. Enjoy them!

I just bought the 40 set recently myself and it’s really plenty of colors, I don’t think you’ll need more, I know I haven’t.

It looks great! The bunny is so adorable. He looks so soft and fluffy. I just recently got the set of 40 Neocolor II’s and I absolutely love them. They are more affordable now than they were when they first came out if I remember correctly but I may be wrong. I just remember when they first came out they were pretty expensive. Maybe I just got them at a good price on Amazon idk. Now I know how to do a nice cloud background with them. Thank you! Your videos are so helpful.

It looks nice, warm and cuddly. Beautiful work but I have one complaint. You said you're not an artist. I beg to differ. You've added color, balance, depth and dimension. I'd say that makes you an artist!
