There are heal effects other than bandage which some players of some classes use in PvP. For example, monk breath of heaven and barb roar of persuasion. So it’s not going to make a difference in a lot of cases, but occasionally it might come in clutch.

The problem here is it’s just too much immunity in BG. People are running around immune to damage and it makes you wonder what’s the point of the demon hunter class? Even if you use punta it does nothing soon as you hit them armor then immunity then savior then gladiator or survivor paragon triggers and all damage is useless. Not even going to talk about the lack of immunity or damage reduction. All these changes for this class is literally useless. Nothing ground breaking. Tiresome rebuke could’ve been a great way for them to build onto the “vulnerable” aspect of the essence. But they drop the ball every time. I guess this is just another pve class as always in this game

The thing I can't stand is the devs always handicap everything they give to the DH. Why is there a stupid CD on the heal reduction effect? That makes no sense. The Escalating Violence change is more effective, but it's very dangerous to use because every class has so many damn immunities and anti CC.
