Harar is greener than I had imagined it. I was surprised to see Nopal cactus, thought it was only in the Americas. Love the camels! "looks like an animal designed by a committee." Majestic though. Do they allow you to visit mosques in off times,(no shoes on, long pants on guys)? Great idea, offering your flash mob kids peanuts. Nice people you are traveling with, makes hiring a car easier for all, and no language problem for you; you can be guides for a group next season from the UK.

Ben, honestly question, Babille is is Harar with in Ethiopia, where did visit in proper Somalia or somaliland or even somali state of Ethio?
