Nobody and I mean, nobody is really prepared for that hike. I once hiked from little Harbor to two harbors. And it seemed like it never ended.

Just like anything, when too many people have access to them, problems occur! We think it is important to be smart with drones, but they are such great tools and much less dangerous and cheaper than helicopters for filming, that is why we love them!

The TCT looks like a nice trip. However, how you did it is not backpacking. Backpacking involves hauling everything you need on your back, not getting it driven to your campsites by a tour company. The video title and description are disingenuous and disrespectful to people who put effort into backpacking.

Thanks for your input, Erin! We are trying to provide another way for people that can not hike the 39-mile trail or have never gone backpacking, an alternative way to still see the beauty of Catalina.
