From one peanut butter lover to another, I can hardly wait to try this Pad Thai on the trail. Thanks you two. Cheers!

These sound like some great recipes. Love Chef Corso’s recipes. 11:16 Seems that you could use the risotto method for the noodles and start with a lesser amount of water and add little at a time during cooking, as needed.

I might try both for outdoors cooking. The nice thing about it is that are base recipes that are very customizable and adaptable. I might also make these at home. Quick, simple tasty meals come in handy on many occassions.

Thanks for turning me onto Chef Corso. I am new to your channel and love it. I commented on your "ditching Jet Boil" video about some meals I prepare at home that I can then reconstitute with water with my knock off jet cooker. Thai is one of my favorite ethnic foods. And dehydrate peanut butter powder is a god send. A make shift coconut milk substitute is coconut powder and powdered milk. Add that to dehydrated peanut butter and and a few other dehydrated ingredients with a little container of fish sauce and you can have a killer trail peanut sauce for your jerky.

Great job guys. 👍 I tried the PB and J Polenta first. As I like my sweets more lactic than watery I substituted half of the needed water with whole milk. What else could I say as: "It was sticky and stuffy and absolutely fabulous." Oh, two to three Tablespoons of powdered milk will work also great, just in case you don't want to bring the extra milk. The pad Thay is following asap.

Chef, I am inspired by your trail cooking. I love the outdoors as well as cooking. I’ve been refreshing my old backpacking gear and getting ready for the trail. I will definitely stay tuned for your cooking. I have ordered ingredients and hopefully I will have some good trail food as well

Aw man that looks good! Backpackers Pantry has a great Phad Thai in my opinion. Although its a lot of food for 1.

If you like that one, try the one from Good 2 Go! But chef Corso still makes it the best!

Did you know peanut butter glows in the dark? No joke. Super bright flashlight or black light will charge it for a momentary glow.

How a bout a nice spaghetti bollonaise I make mine out of dehydrated veg.mince.a onion which keeps in a backpack well and a small container of sauce and a small bag of dried cheese and spaghetti weighs stuff all but keep it up as all Real cooking is better that bagged crap from shops
