So glad you come to visit your filipino teacher in Bohol. I'm a filipino teacher here in Thailand too and feel so warm when you come to visit her. Its a nice feeling when your students remembers you come to visit and tell you how much they valued their time with you. It's Priceless. Keep safe on all of your journeys Sunny.
It's because when American occupied the Philippines in 1898, they started to teach Filipino the English language... Since then, English is one of the official language of the Philippines... Before American occupation, the official language of the Philippines was Spanish, since the defeat of Spain in the Spain-American War, the Spanish language influence have diminished, but there are a lot of loan words from Spanish language that are adapted by most of the languages in the Philippines and there is still a place in the Philippines where a lot of people speak the Spanish creole language called Chavacano...

Philippines has two official languages ENGLISH, FILIPINO Bukod pa yung iba't-ibang dayalekto na ginagamit ng kanya-kanyang lugar gaya ng mga Bicolano ❤ Tama ba ako? Pakitama kung mali hehe

@user-uo4pl5ue4x this is true. Majority of paperworks in any industry, including government paperworks, are in english text
It’s so nice of you to meet your previous teacher there in Bohol. ☺️

Love your vids! I was once a Teacher in Thailand for 7 years and I just went back home last year for good. I genuinely miss talking to Thai people. Hope you can visit my province Iloilo next time and I will show you around. Take care!

Hi! im a new subbie but I've been binge watching all your vlogs. Your vlogs are very entertaining and informative. No sugar-coating and just pure facts 😅 I'm a filipino but you explored our islands more than most local filipinos have (me) 😅 enjoy your stay in the archipelago! And keep safe! Hope you'll visit Negros island too! Just the neighbor island of Cebu and Panay 😊

Ohhh my ghaad im glad youre back. Im one of the follower who subscribe you before you hit 100k I love your videos soo much, so much honesty to your observation in the Philippines. (Where foreign vloggers lie just to gain followers here.) and you’re not like them. More videos in Philippines. Yay once again, welcome come back
I'm from Surigao City and I hope you enjoy visiting my homeprovince. Our province is not really as developed and rich as other neigboring provinces in Mindanao Island. But it has some promising beautiful travel destinations, beaches, etc.
I'm just asking, aren't Thai people that good at English?

Perfect time to visit is December to early April.

the part where you were complaining to your former teacher about the heat in the Philippines was funny because when I went to Bangkok even though it was humid it wasn't as crazy hot like in Manila but my Thai tourist guide was complaining about the Bangkok heat too

Filipina here 🇵🇭 visited your country thailand last january and I love everything ❤️ wish we could visit again 🙏
If you have time, take a ferry or short flight from Cebu to the volcanic island of Camiguin in Northern Mindanao. It's a whole different travel experience totally, not touristy, inexpensive but plenty of natural wonders. It has more than seven volcanoes in one tiny island; it's considered the Tahiti of the Philippines.
I binge watched your vlogs since yesterday. Ever since I watched you from the first time that you're in the Philippines, backpacking became one of my goals in this life. I will surely make it happen 😊
It’s interesting 😊. You have a nice video and I love it. Not boring. Mostly it’s hard to satisfy people since a lot of white and foreign bloggers flocking Asia including Philippines so it is abit hard to satisfy people. But I find your videos fascinating and always waiting for your new adventure
HOWDY 🤠 SUNNY I REALLY GLAD THAT YOU CAME BACK TO THE PHILIPPINES FOR 2ND SERIES….. I REALLY ENJOYED WATCHING YOUR CHANNEL CONQUERING THE WORLDS ….. STAY SAFE AND GOD BLESS GREETING FROM CALIFORNIA 🙏💪👍👍👍👍👍👌✌️❤️💕
True. It feels much hotter in the Philippines than in Thailand because it’s more humid here. The air is wet! If you sweat, it’d take you longer time to dry up!

No because more population, Philippines in 70's was chill because the population is not that much and more trees before..The forest now are not much trees compared before.

New subscriber here. Travelling by ferry to go around the philippines will be my last option, I'd rather take the local flights for convenience. I agree with you about Siquijor, no matter how beautiful the place is, the experience is still a make it or break it. I hope you will enjoy siargao, it's for the travel junkies and alot to explore.
