This has to be among the best of your presentations. I know that this took a lot of time to produce. Thank you for: showing us this place; alerting us to Casey Off Road Recovery; Grand Circle Tours, and some incredible photos.

We were there on 9/27 and were blown away by it. We had been on a two week trip from KC to Moab and down through the Magnificent 5 NPs. We had a Jeep rented and had to air down to 20 PSI. We mistakenly went through the middle portion of VC and upwards, much tougher trails than this one in and no signs! This video would have helped us navigate tremendously, thanks!

Very well done! Thank you! BTW, what tire pressure did you deflate to for the sand?
@BackRoadsWest1
@BackRoadsWest1 2 жыл бұрын
Thank you. Everyone's tires are different these days, but mine I lowered the PSI to 25. That's a good medium PSI. If you get stuck, you can always lower it more, just not below 15, but then again that depends on your tires.

Love your videos... Question: Comparing traveling/driving to White Pocket to Little Finland (in excellent weather), which trip was more difficult driving in a high clearance vehicle? Or were they about the same? Reference: Based on your older Little Finland video and excellent instruction, I drove to Little Finland, twice over the years and it was challenging, but very doable. Thank you in advance.
@BackRoadsWest1
@BackRoadsWest1 Жыл бұрын
Hi - sorry for the late reply - been traveling. Little Finland is probably an easier drive. It's so popular now, you can navigate to it with Google Maps. There is one tough spot to drive towards the end. Or you can simply hike in from the coral as described. White Pocket has jagged rocks and deep sand as described. It's also now well traveled (unfortunately) that has smoothed out the road. Hope that helps!
