@patorco4675 Yeah its a bit buggy. Before crossing the bridge, I recommend turning off all switches and re turn them on from left to right. Not all the lights will turn green, just the far right one. The bridge will then appear.

Level 3, the Hub, and Level Fun. You need to enable Beta participation if you have not already.

It is RNG based. If it were to spawn it will be on the shelves. The floor will be marked with a 1. Sometimes the game generates a bad seed.

I opened the level 2 door do I have to play through the whole game again to get to the tunnel for level 3?

Hey man, so me and my friend beat the game before october 29th and there never was a hub with level choosing at that point. So we reinstall the game today with the beta so we can play the second part (the kid playroom thingy). We launch the game to discover that there is no savefile and that if we want to play the second part we need to do it all again. So we play and we get to the hub instead of the room with the blind entity. Why is that? Did we accidentally skip a level ? What's up ? Thanks.

You did not skip a level. Once you are in the hub, you can either choose Level 3 or level 2. There will be a 3 or 2 on the doors. Level 2 is the blind entity, and level 3 is the new level with clump. Once you beat either of those levels, you will be sent to Level 4 ( Abandoned Office ). To reach level Fun (the newest level), you need to beat level ! ( Run for your life ).
