As much as I love fluorescent lights, the distorted wasp hum of those ballasts is unbearable, I can't imagine what it would be like being stuck in a place like that for hours. The ballasts in your typical Rhoner's/level 0 troffers are not disorientating and fill the silence in a very cozy way, but these ones would effect one's psychological stability to the point of almost instantaneous madness, VERY WELL DONE!
