Thats level 404, at level 0 you must go to level -0 until -10, then at level -10 find a white cube to enter that level

There is 2 opened doors at the middle of the chase where the wretch comes out, i entered one of them (i didnt get killed by the wretch) then when the horde passes i chase the horde, but another wretch appear from the back and killed me

If you’re talking about the level with the small room, then go to level -0 until -10, and then go to level 231 and then press the button and find the exit to go to the backroom, if you dont understand then go find a youtube tutorial
