how are you able to get the video to be so blue/vivid? is that due to the light or is it filter/post production?

Thanks Harry, there are multiple factors at play such as camera model / camera brand color science, manual white balance and a little bit of adjusting in post 👌

Are 2x smaller lights better than 1x wider more powerful light?

That's a question only you can answer as I don't know your needs + you're presumably the one that's gonna have to carry it around 😅
