Bro, what you mentioned will only happen in IT sector ( because profit margin is high) . All the other sectors like BPO, Medicare, BPM, Operations are real shit in Accenture. I've worked in diff sector within Accenture. Only few deals are good and most of the deals pay 15k for fresher's and 25k after 2 years.

shift allowances depends on project. Some projects pay for morning also and amount also differs based on project. Some projects pay travel allowances also for shifts, primary on call allowance and secondary on call allowances also will be there.

Permanent WFH depends on project u are in... Hike is approx 15% per year.. Career growth depends on ur work and recognition in the team No bond for freshers or lateral entries

WFH option is not given permanently to anyone in any project as of July 22 in Accenture... Infact one might not get through interview if asked for permanent WFH. Salary hike depend upon your skills, performance, market correction etc. There is no bond for employees. Growth is purely based on performance in your current role, if you possess skills for the next role and also if there is an open requirement when you are on ready now.

There is an exam called techleap for the freshers whcih can promote them in one year 28K -> 39K i think within one year...after two year defalut promotion will be there.....we get 50K for
